Wore a teal blue collar with a Traktive gps attached (not working). Also wore a chain color with a dog tag saying his name and 2 family phone numbers on it. He is friendly to strangers so he could easily get into someone's car or house/backyard. He is vocal and it sounds like he's "mooing".
